pleasent and helpful staff, Great location, right next to kosher restertants and jewish establishments. A few minute walk from water busses to many lacations. very claen and preaty view from the hall way windows. The hotel accomadated our arrivel in middle of the night by keeping the key in a key box outside the hotel door.

Lovely location with views from our room over the square. Really easy to walk anywhere in Venice, with loads of great bars and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable, good shower and excellent facilities in the room like a safe, fridge and hairdryer. Modern and clean and staff were very friendly.

the hotel is well located within east walking distance of everything we wanted to see, it has great transport links to and from the airport/Murano/burano etc. but also away from the throng of people. the immediate location is full of wine bars, cafes, and restaurants just across a little bridge. the facilities where good, breakfast plentiful and nice, and our family room (apartment) spotless. but most of all, the staff were just so lovely and helpful. nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many questions I had. we had a brilliant time.

The property was clean and situated in a good location. The apartment was really well equipped and large. Good value for our money.The staff starting from the reception to the cleaning ladies were very helpful and kind enough to answer our questions. They were very courteous. Shout out to the kitchen staff specially to the kind lady who helped me with my decaf coffee.breakfast was delicious. Would really recommend this place to mu friends!

The staff is very professional and polite. Due to certain personal preferences we had to change our room and even though the hotel was quite full, the front desk staff did everything to accomodate our request. Big thank you for that. Great canal view from your window. Generally the hotel has great value for money, maybe one of the best in Venice.
